Job Purpose Summary
To manage and develop a customer base by building excellent professional relationships
ensuring retention and growth of existing customers whilst accommodating new business
opportunities and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Maximise opportunity and profits within customer base
• Proactive management and resolution of customer issues
• Integrate all client change requirements into all business areas
• Track customer revenue/spend hi lighting anomalies/trends
• Arrange and attend customer review meetings
• Pro-actively communicate within internal departments
• Supply agreed MI

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven track record in delivering results and maximising client business opportunities
• Experience within a client service background with a passion for customer service
• Ability to meet project plan deadlines
• Own transport
